This course consists of 160 classroom hours covering the following areas: Introduction to Sheet Metal; Basic Safety; Introduction to Hand Tools; Introduction to Power Tools; Introduction to B.G.L. c 112 s 237-251 and 271 CMR; Basic Rigging; Introduction to Materials Handling; Basic Communication Skills; Basic Employability Skills; Introduction to Construction Math; Introduction to Construction Drawings; Tools of the Trade; Installation of Ductwork.
