We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Student Appreciation Night at Polar Park! We are inviting this year’s graduating students from GCI, their friends, family, their employers and ABC Members to join us at Polar Park in Worcester, MA to enjoy a WooSox game while celebrating the next round of apprentices graduating into the next steps in their careers. Food and beverages will be provided. Tickets are limited, so please RSVP by May 1st, 2023. Graduating students and GCI teachers will not be charged for admission. Current GCI students that are not yet graduating can purchase tickets for $25. Guests of graduating students (friends & family, kids welcome!) and all other general attendees can buy a ticket for $45 per person. A detailed list of sponsorship opportunities can be found below. Coaches (GCI Teacher): FREE!

In the Bullpen (Not Yet Graduating): $25 per person

Season Ticket Holders (General Attendees): $45 per person

To register multiple attendees/purchase sponsorships:

• Click the link above
• Find your company in the drop-down menu (Note: If you cannot find your company, choose “Self-Student”)
• Enter “Company Contact” information and press “Continue”. (Note: If you do not know your company contact, enter your contact information)
• Enter “New Registrant Information”.
• Under “Class Choice”, click “GCI Graduation At Polar Park – Worcester – 5/19”
• Choose the ticket that best fits the attendee being entered. If purchasing a sponsorship, enter the Company Contact information under “New Registrant Information”.
• Click “Add Another Registrant” and complete the previous steps until all attendees have been entered and any sponsorships have been selected. When done, click “Save & Continue to Payment”. 
• Complete Payment information and click “Submit Payment”.

Home Run! – Main Event Sponsor (1 Available) – $2,000  – SOLD OUT! Thank you Skilled Trades Partners! 

This is the Main Event Sponsor and covers all food provided for attendees of the event.

• This sponsorship includes:
  • Five (5) tickets to the event 
  • Signage with your company logo on the day of the event (digital and/or printed)
  • Four-week sponsorship of the ABC/GCI Coffee Break podcast
  • Live podcast interview the day of the competition 
  • Your company logo included in social media coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • An individual post highlighting your company as the Main Event Sponsor on the GCI Instagram page
  • Your company logo included in weekly GCI newsletter coverage leading up to and on the day of the event

Triple! – Drink Ticket Sponsor (2 Available) – $1,000

This sponsorship covers drink tickets for two (2) free beverages for each attendee 21 or older, the day of the event.

• This sponsorship includes:
  • Two (2) tickets to the event
  • Your company name printed on drink tickets to be given to all 21+ event attendees
  • Signage with your company logo on the day of the event (digital and/or printed)
  • Your company logo included in social media coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • Your company logo included in weekly GCI newsletter coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • 1/2 page, full color advertisement in the digital program book available on the day of the event

Double! – T-Shirt Sponsor (5 Available) – $750

This sponsorship covers t-shirts that will be given out to attendees of the event.

• This sponsorship includes:
  • Your company logo on a t-shirt to be gifted to attendees of the event
  • Your company logo included in social media coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • Your company logo included in weekly GCI newsletter coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • 1/4 page, full-color advertisement in the digital program book available on the day of the event

Single! – General Sponsor (10 Available) – $200

These are supporting event sponsorships.

• This sponsorship includes:
  • Signage with your company logo on the day of the event (digital and/or printed)
  • Your company logo included in social media coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • Your company logo included in weekly GCI newsletter coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • Special mention in the in the digital program book available on the day of the event

Equipment Manager – Swag Bag Sponsor (5 Available) – $300

• This sponsorship includes:
  • Your company logo on the swag bag to be gifted to attendees of the event
  • The opportunity to include your branded merchandise in the swag bags for the day of the event
  • Your company logo included in social media coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
  • Your company logo included in weekly GCI newsletter coverage leading up to and on the day of the event

Spring Training – Shuttle Bus Sponsor (2 Available) – $750

• This sponsorship includes:
  • Five (5) seats on the shuttle bus to and from the game on the day of the event (Attendee tickets must be purchased separately)
  • Your company logo all over the inside of the shuttle bus on the day of the event
  • Your company logo included in social media coverage leading up to and on the day of the event
